Top Black Friday and Cyber Monday Robot Vacuum Deals
Now is your chance to own a robotic vacuum. CNET's top models are on sale this Black Friday and Cyber Monday with savings of up to 57%.
The Roborock Q7 Max offers strong pressure and smart mapping using app-based no-go zones, and its 180-minute runtime is awe-inspiring. It also automatically refills and self-empties its water tank.
1. Roomba j7+ iRobot from iRobot.
The Roomba j7+ is iRobot's smartest robot vacuum to date. The most significant innovation, however, is its camera-based obstacle-detection technology. This uses AI to detect objects like charging cords and shoes. It's the first robot to send you images of objects that it encounters, so that you can instruct the robot to stay clear of it.
The Combo J7+ is the most efficient robot mop we've ever tested. It picks up dirt and spills quickly and leaves no trace of it was there. It's easy to control through the iRobot Home app which allows you to schedule cleaning and create Keep Out Zones to make sure it doesn't vacuum areas you do not want it to. And it's compatible with Alexa and Google Assistant, so you can start and stop it by speaking to it.
The design is also more appealing than the other models. It features a sleek, high-end piece that appears like an toy, not the loud and annoying robot. And the Clean Base Automatic Dirt Disposal System self-empties and is ideal to reduce the time spent cleaning.
In our tests the j7+ was quick to clean up dust dirt, pet hair and other particles. The rubber brushes that counter-rotate kept the debris in its place instead of scattering it on the floor. It was able to capture small gravel, sand and even a tiny bit of grit. Most robots could not achieve this feat. It did without getting caught up in our pet's hair.
Although it's not as smart as the $1,217 Roomba s9+ Self-Emptying Robot Vacuum, which isn't able to clean stairs The j7+ is still an excellent choice for those who need a vac and a mop in their home. It's not too expensive and the iRobot App makes it easy to use.
The iRobot Home App is easy to use, however we found it less reliable than other robotic cleaner applications. It can take some time to download updates and it can be difficult to determine whether they're working until you actually see them in action.
2. Roborock Q5+
When you're looking for an automated vacuum cleaner that can do more than just clean floors, the best choice is probably hybrid. These robots come with a tank of water so they can mop and vacuum at the same time. They also come with a variety of additional features, including smart mapping, small obstacle avoidance and even the ability to dry and wash mopping pads. They're expensive at retail, but usually are reduced on Black Friday or Cyber Monday.
Roborock makes some of our top robot vacuums and the Q5+ isn't an exception. It's the cheapest model of their auto-empty line. Although it doesn't have some of the more luxurious features (like no-go areas and multi-story memories) however, it's an excellent choice for those who are willing to make some compromises to save a few bucks.
The Q5+ is noticeably gentle around obstacles like table legs and walls and walls, which makes it a great option for homes with a lot of furniture. It's also extremely thorough in cleaning up dust bunnies. This is a place where many robot vacuums that are less expensive do not excel in. The Q5+'s navigation system is top-quality, with a few misses along walls or in corners.
Like other Roborock devices, the Q5+ can be controlled using a few buttons on the device or via the Roborock app. Through the app, you can begin and stop cleanings or schedules, establish virtual barriers and no-go zones, and alter your home map or re-label rooms.
If you decide to go with the Q5+ model, it comes with a brand new auto-empty dock that's designed specifically to make this robot easy to maintain. It requires a screwdriver install, but once it's in place the process of emptying the bin is simple. It also comes with a large LCD display, which is nice to have when you're setting up schedules or altering settings. This isn't a necessity for everyone however it can assist you in keeping track of the maintenance intervals for your robot with ease.
3. Narwal Freo X Ultra

The Freo X Ultra is a well-rounded robot mop and vacuum that's incredibly clever in its mopping and vacuuming capabilities. Its design is one of the top in the market however, it's costly.
It's a tiny base station that looks stunning and is able to be concealed when not in use. The main reason to buy the station is that it can automate many tasks, functions, and chores that other robots would leave to you. It can store clean and dirty water, and then electrolyze and heat the water. The majority of other robots require you to do this.
And its vacuuming is impressive and efficient, too. It's one of the few robovacs I've tested that do an excellent job of cleaning up debris from plain floors, and is not nearly as loud as the more expensive Roomba 980 or iRobot 900 series.
But the Freo X Ultra has its flaws, particularly when it comes to navigation. Its laser sensors and LiDAR sensors aren’t as reliable as other robotvacs. This means that it could get stuck or get confused in certain corners or rooms in the house. It's not able climb stairs as well as some competitors, either and doesn't come with an dock that allows you to set up a dedicated cleaning zone for plush carpets.
The Freo X Ultra robot vacuum and mop is a great choice for those who want an automated vacuum that can do it all.
If you're looking to save some money, or just don't care about the limitations of this robotic there are many other options available with a wide range of eufy models priced substantially less. The eufy Qrevo Curv, for example is less expensive and provides the same experience in the app, but with more features like stairs, a fully-function dock, and better overall performance when vacuuming floors as well as high- and low-pile carpets.
4. eufy RoboVac G30
Eufy, a Anker company is a long-standing leader of making robot vacuums that strike the perfect balance between features, performance and price. The G30 Hybrid is no different it offers a high-quality cleaning on hard floors and mopping, carpets and other surfaces at a reasonable price. It's simple to set up, simply snap on one of the side brushes and then turn it on. Then connect your charging dock. The app takes you through the steps needed to connect it to Wi-Fi. After cleaning robots , the G30 is ready to go. robot vacuum cleaner on sale must be located near an outlet and have enough space to move.
The G30 is a tiny device, measuring 2.85 inches in height, meaning it can be tucked away under couches and low-clearance pieces furniture. Its design is a little more modest than other models, and features sleek black finish and three physical buttons such as Auto Cleaning start/pause, Recharge and Spot Cleaning (which cleans the area in spiral patterns for 2 minutes). cleaning robots is also possible to connect the G30 to Amazon Alexa or Google Home to perform cleaning that is not scheduled using voice commands.
The way in which the G30 cleans is what differentiates it from other models. It uses an integrated map to make an image of the immovable items that are in its path. It remembers the things it has cleaned and the areas it was unable to access. If it requires a recharge, it automatically returns to its base and resumes cleaning from where it started.
The sleek G30 has its flaws however. The iRobot Roomba 675 is more built, incurs lower recurring costs, charges faster and offers similar battery life, while providing better performance on bare floors and carpets with low pile. It also comes with a larger dust bin that doesn't need to be emptied as frequently and comes with a set of boundaries to ensure it isn't in certain areas. The G30 is more affordable and simpler to maintain. Its smaller dust canister doesn't require as frequent emptying and is less prone to suffocating heavy materials such as cereal.
